Installation and Backup Service

Delivery

We offer a local delivery service from each showroom, delivery on our own vehicles on a pre-arranged day and at a convenient time. We can also arrange delivery nationally on some items if you are ordering for friends or family that live outside of our usual delivery areas.

Installation

Every Gasflair Store offers a full installation service on the products that we sell. From gas fires to cookers to central heating and fireplaces we install the lot. We can even arrange for flue liners and building work to be undertaken. All our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered (that’s the new name for CORGI) and we issue your certificate of compliance on all relevant gas installations free of charge. We generally only install appliances purchased from ourselves. Give yourself peace of mind and choose a company that advises, surveys, supplies and installs with year on year backup and support.

Annual Servicing of gas appliances

We always recommend annual servicing and checking of gas appliances annually. Gas appliances are safer than they have ever been, however if not maintained properly they can be dangerous and sometimes prove fatal. We provide servicing and repairs for most domestic gas appliances including, fires, cookers, boilers, multipoint water heaters and wall heaters. Please note that is usually a requirement from gas fire manufacturers offering 2,3 or 5 year warranties that the fire is serviced annually.

When you buy from Gasflair we don’t think the story ends there. If you have a question on your appliance purchased, want advice on the best way to use it, have lost the instruction book, need to know where to obtain spare parts. just give us a call and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction. Almost 70% of our sales are from previous customers or recommendations so we must be doing something right!

Pricing

We always endeavour to give a competitive quote for all installation, delivery and servicing. Our prices are tailored to your individual needs as no installation is ever the same. On some installations we may be able to give a fixed price, on others we may need to conduct a site survey. The best way to get an idea of likely costs is to call or visit your local Gasflair showroom who can discuss your exact requirements. Please don’t be tempted to ‘do it yourself’ to save money, unless you are a competent (ie Gas Safe Engineer) it’s against the law and can prove dangerous for yourself, family and neighbours.
